ARCHITECTURAL JOINERY

Archetype employ 16 highly skilled craftsmen with over 150 years of combined experience who work both at our dedicated Staines based joiners shop as well as on site at clients premises carrying out installations. We offer a complete service from setout through fabrication & finishing to installation. The factory is strategically laid out to ensure top quality and maximum efficiency according to ISO standards.

VALUE ENGINEERING & SETOUT

Your project begins by being assigned a project manager who works closely with your designer or builder to setout and value engineer your project. A project plan is set in place, and detailed shop drawings produced through world renowned Pytha software are setout, once approved these go down into our well equiped factory for production.

Based on years of practical experience we are ideally placed to assist designers in the management of their projects on time and within budget. Your project manager will remain in constant communication with you, ensuring you are kept abreast of every development in your project and ensuring we are kept abreast of your building schedule.

MACHINE SHOP

Your drawings arrive here after a project meeting with our Factory Manager who then hands your creation to our Machine Shop Team Leader for machining. Our factory is setup to carryout all forms of complex joinery machining encompassing CNC Cutouts, planing, spindle moulding, and circular joinery. The machine shop team leader is dedicated to checking the quality and detail of every piece of machined timber.

JOINERS SHOP

From the machine shop your quality checked items are assembled in a large spacious assembly area, by the best assemblers on the coast.

Here we also fabricate any bespoke items specified in your project such as cabinets, curved units, unique doors and shop fronts. Our joiner's live for new challenges and believe there is nothing they will not be able to build for you - put them to the test !

FINISHING SHOP

Our finishing shop team lead by a master in top quality finishes, quality checks your finished item and then begins finishing your product according to your exact specifications.

After this final step our Factory Manager inspects your product and meets with your project manager to ensure the product is exactly as specified by YOU ! Once everyone is satisifed with the quality and workmanship your product is carefully wrapped and protected to be transported to your site for installation.

INSTALLATION

Our installers arrive on your site in professional atire and equipped with the latest hand and power tools. They begin the task with a project planning and safety meeting conducted by our well qualified and experienced Site Supervisore.

They then proceed to the task at hand checking every detail as they go. Once completed your project manager arrives on site for a final inspection ensuring your project is PERFECT!
